So welcome! It’s a New Year and it’s a new phase! As you can see, I have grown and evolved my practice to include all new services! From Outdoor Yoga-Fitness Classes in GORGEOUS San Diego California, to Certified One-on-One Personal Yoga/Flexibility & Fitness Training (also outdoors), Certified Nutrition Counseling for Sports and Whole Food Wellness, annual Integrated Retreats and yes, Life Coaching.
ALL brought together, HARMONIOUSLY integrated, to bring you and your community fitness and wellness at your pace. Personally styled and branded by yours truly. 🙂
Though I grew up with “iLOVE Liberation”, I knew it was time to retire him, evolve and move beyond personal growth writing and life coaching/mentoring.
Since my last article in early 2015, I had to take some time to move through the promise of a long time dream, more hard work and then devastating disappointment (in my other career and complete heartache), to take BIG action to understand that I still have a purpose. A purpose that I have great passion for! That voice must be heard and be allowed to sing…
So here you have, “Elements Integrated” born from the very foundation of iLOVE Liberation!
I am proud of the growth and the brand new added services that Elements Integrated will bring and the education, knowledge and compassion that you will get from learning from your journey that I get hand hold you on.
It is my hope that you’ll stay tuned as my practice with Elements Integrated comes forth to bring you a wide range of choices to take you from “un-fit” to “fit”. Your way. Through Fitness, and/or Wellness. It’s up to you!
