ALL OUTDOOR YOGA CLASSES ARE BACK!! On a trial basis, w/safety modifications:
– Outdoor Yoga Therapy & Meditation Classes:
7-25-2020: San Diego County has released guidelines for safe performance of outdoor fitness, group classes, and organized sports outside at parks and beaches!
ALL my Outdoor Classes, including Meditation classes are currently on trial basis with safety guidelines in place.
(Safety First): Here are your current details for Outdoor Yoga Classes:
- Our class locations: Old Trolley Barn Park & Coronado Beach
- Face coverings/masks please, upon arrival
- Touchless Hand sanitizer available
- Tarps always available (and Essential Oil Cleaner available for mats/tarps)
- The usual $10/student
- Touchless payment options available:
- Venmo: @ElementsIntegrated
- Cash: (yes, cash!) Please bring exact change, if possible!
- Will have bowl or bag to drop cash in without physical contact
- 8 Feet or more– of Physical Distancing between mats during practice
- You may remove you mask/covering during class (breathwork baby!…)
- Classes end promptly
**Please note that these are Special/Private Events, and Virtual Classes DO NOT earn points for Freq Yogi Cards.
Freq Yogi Cards can now earn points for Outdoor Yoga Classes only for the time being.
**In-Person Healing Treatments available again!

UPDATE (8-14-2020):
Once again, the State of California has allowed “non-essential” and personal care businesses to open up indoors again. 🙂 At least for the time being. We are ready, once again to start receiving clients for Full Signature Healing Sessions and Mini- Healing (20 min) Sessions! Please contact Drew via email or text to make your appointment!
Please Note: for Personal Services and Treatments inside Drew’s Studio, implementing Safe Re-Opening Measures as follows:
- Posting of San Diego County 2020 Safe Re-Opening Plan at Entry
- Health & Safety Screenings prior to appt
- Removal of shoes before entering studio
- Touchless Hand Sanitizer upon entering studio
- Sanitization Pre/Post Client appts of Lavatory, Kitchen, Treatment Rooms, etc
- Ample availability of Hand Washing amenities: Soap, sanitary paper towels, hand sanitizer
- Disposable/One Time use of Treatment/Massage table & Chair Paper Coverings
- Touchless Payment options
- Practitioner Face Shields & Masks during treatments
